Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is a lady and though she is named in the first information report with omnibus allegation of assault but no specific overt act has been attributed against her. Moreover, the first information report reflects that it was co-accused Nand Kishore Mandal, who gave fersa blow causing head injury to the deceased and so far as injured of the present case is concerned, he sustained three injuries whereas eight persons have been made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29947 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 accused in this case.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Purpri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case No. 42 of 2016.
