The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S.Case No.12 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of getting appointment on forged certificates.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has been removed from the service and she has not received a single penny, as such she has been punished and she is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her.
Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail..
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48382 of 2018 (2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of submissions as stated above and if possible to be disposed of on the same day considering the fact that the other co-accused persons have been granted bail.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
