JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the vehicle of the informant was stolen. The petitioner was not named in the FIR but his name sprang up in the confessional statement of co accused Neeraj Mandal. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and co accused Neeraj Mandal has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50261 of 2012. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
