Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given dagger blow to the son of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained injury on his belly and declared brought dead by the doctor. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.196 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J.)
