The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 204/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire story is false and fabricated as there is dispute regarding drainage and passage of the house of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and it is out and out a case of false allegations. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has not criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from
