Petitioner is accused in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 registered under Sections 307 and 302 of the I.P.C. and other allied sections.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no injury report of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.04.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
