Patna High Court CWJC No.14766 of 2022(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 people last several years as Khata No. 16 Khesra No. 1585 area 2 acre situated in village Semari P.S. Lakhwara, Anchal Bankatwa, District East Champaran said market is encroached by the private respondent No. 6 to 8 and other persons and granted all other consequential benefit and /or any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled to facts and circumstances of the case."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bankatwa, East Champaran at Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
