2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner shot in the leg of the cousin of the informant as a result he sustained leg injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. He is in custody since 27.04.2024 and has got antecedent of four criminal cases.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal
