Petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 Arms Act and Section 414 of the of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one.
Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
