JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(V) and 201/34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter was married with Binay Yadav in the year 2014 according to Hindu rites. After the marriage, the accused persons including the petitioner started demanding a motorcycle and due to non-fulfilment of demand they killed the informant's daughter and vanished the dead body.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.1.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29015 of 2016 (3) dt.01-09-2016 petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection Sone Nagar Rail P.S. case No.04 of 2015.
