Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 5282 of 2017, which was rejected vide order dated 28.03.2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case vide order dated 22.07.2017 as contained in Annexure-4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

No.48298 of 2017(2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Katihar in connection with Azam Nagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2016.
