The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sakra P.S. case No. 117 of 2014 registered under Section 363, 366(A) of the IPC.

The informant, mother of the victim, alleged that petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim refused to be medically examined but it appears that victim disclosed in her statement u/s 164 of the Cr. P. C. that petitioner and two others kidnapped her and took her to Samastipur and the accused persons confined her in a room. Taking into consideration the facts that the victim also supports the case of her kidnapping and she identified the
