His enrollment number is of the year 2003 and is supposed to be a student of Dr. P.N. Singh Degree College, Chapra. It is rather unfortunate that despite the petitioner filing an application before the Controller of Examination which was received as far back as on 09.07.2014, neither a decision has been taken or communicated to the petitioner nor the University is responding to the writ application which is pending for the last one year.
