210 litre of spirit, wrap-up, packing machine were seized from different locations for which the informant had received confidential information with regard to indulgence of petitioner Arun Singh along with Deepak Singh, Jwala Singh, Vikash Singh and Raja whereupon they have been made an accused. Although, their presence had not been shown at the place or near about the place. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 08.07.2016.

Thus, petitioner Arun Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S.
