Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 04.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 37952 of 2018. The counsel for petitioner submits that amount of Rs.52,50,000/- have been distributed amongst farmers.
This Court does not find any fresh ground to entertain the second anticipatory bail petition as there are disputed question of facts.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49543 of 2018 (2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 rejected.
Petitioner may surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks and make prayer for regular bail along with statement that he distributed the amount amongst the farmers, which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
