The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1931 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to bring back his wife and will maintain with all honour and dignity and there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act or incident so as to prejudice her or cause any mental pressure.

Considering the bonafide offer made by the petitioner and also the fact that the complainant is willing to live with her

No.39222 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 husband, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1931 of 2013, Tr. No. 3238 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner indulged in any act so as to cause mental torture to the complainant it will be open to her to seek redressal of her grievance in appropriate forum.
