JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of causing firearm injury on the right leg of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
