The petitioner is jail since 08.08.2021 in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No.85 of 2021 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant who is father of the deceased alleged that on 07.08.2021 he was informed in the evening by one Guddu Miyan that his daughter is being beaten by her husband and brother-in-law. Upon information the informant along with his son went to his daughter's matrimonial home where he saw his daughter in a very bad health. The lady Manorama Devi (deceased) herself stated to the informant that recently she had gone operation in her stomach and on that very place, she was hit by both the petitioner herein as well as her husband. As he was taking his daughter to the Piro Sub-Divisional Officer, she died near Fatehpur Bazar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65898 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 Considering the allegations that has been levelled against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to her and the bail is accordingly dismissed. The Trial court is directed to expedite the Trial and take it to its logical conclusion at an earliest. The bail application is dismissed.
