The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is inaction on the part of the respondents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that resolutions are issued for uniform application but unfortunately the respondents are not adhering to their own resolution in the matter of grant of benefit of status and pay upgradation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16712 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Considering the resolution dated 5.6.2018, as contained in Annexure-2, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to take appropriate decision with regard to the entitlement of the petitioner with all consequential benefits in the light of Annexure-2 at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
