The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is inaction on the part of the respondents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that resolutions are issued for uniform application but unfortunately the respondents are not adhering to their own resolution in the matter of grant of benefit of status and pay upgradation.
