Petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 25.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 324, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is still ready to settle the issue. Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
