This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 363, 366A, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant. The victimgirl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had married with the petitioner as she had love affairs.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, wherein she has not alleged her kidnapping/abduction by any one, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Asawn P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
