Petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 160, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that informant of this case received confidential information that there is clash between two criminal groups for superiority and they are indulged in firing against each other and when the police reached the place of occurrence no one was found there. However, subsequently the petitioner surrendered before the court below and is in judicial custody since, 18.08.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and in view of the fact that no one was arrested from the place of occurrence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48996 of 2017(2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 and no injury was sustained by anyone, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017.
