The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420, 406, 467, 468, 323, 504 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of the bail application. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is land dispute between the parties and informant has filed title suit in the Court below and which has been pending till date.
Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
