The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, informant suspects that the motorcycle of informant was stolen by this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village rivalry. He has committed no offence nor any stolen articles has been recovered from his possession. He is a person of clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
