Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Three persons are said to have sustained injuries in the present case and one injured, namely, Santosh Yadav sustained grievous injury on his head said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. The first information report goes to show that author of the aforesaid injury is Surajdeo Yadav. A coordinate bench has already granted privilege of bail to co- accused Surajdeo Yadav vide order dated 19.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 34754/2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in Dumariya P.S.
