Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 15.11.2014 in a case registered under sections 328 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that in course of investigation, it came to light that husband of the deceased had given divorce to her and on the alleged date of occurrence, an altercation had taken place between the parties and thereafter, deceased consumed poison. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S.
