The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 414, 468 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code. One mobile, Pan Card, ATM Card, I-card, Credit Card of different persons and some receipts of bank account are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The documents, which are recovered from the possession of the petitioner are said to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34666 of 2016 (3) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 fake documents. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the genuineness of the documents has not been verified by the Investigating Officer. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact.

On behalf of the state it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Ara), in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 235 of 2016.
