20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case no.1046 of 2012 ( T.R. No.2189 of 2014) registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that dispute of civil nature has been given colour of criminal offence. He submits that from perusal of allegation made in the complaint petition itself, it is evident that civil matter has been converted in to criminal offence.

I have perused the complaint case and considering the allegation I am of the view that it is a fit case for grant of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37215 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioner, namely, Munna Pal @ Raushan Pal @ Raushan Kumar Pal be enlarged on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case no.1046 of 2012, subject to condition as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
