Taking into consideration that 100 kg Ganja, kept in 100 packets, were recovered from the dicky of Indica car, in which, the petitioner was found sitting, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014 pending in the court Sessions Judge, Munger stands rejected.
