Petitioner seeks bail in a case, initially, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The tempo of the informant was stolen by some unknown persons but in course of investigation, the said tempo was identified and petitioner was caught with the said tempo. The petitioner disclosed that he was driver of the said tempo. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation, against him, has already been completed.
