The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 414, 467, 468, 371/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were apprehended and from their possession one Pick up Van was recovered.

It is alleged that the petitioners were intending to sell the stolen van.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is no case of theft for the recovered van. The petitioners are in jail since 10.11.2014.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have

No.4881 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 remained in jail for about three months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Saran , Chapra in Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014.
