Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 137/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/325/34/341/354A/379/427/ 447/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
