Again, I do not find any ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. case no. 173/2014 is rejected. However, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/concerned court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
