Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was dispute between Gorias and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and now compromise has reached between the parties.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47735 of 2018 (2) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 being prejudiced by this order.
