The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case no. 223 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 06.05.2019, the informant Deepak Kumar, Circle Officer, Purnea East was present at his private house, at that time, one S.S. Pandey, Advocate approached him and made inquiry, showing a photocopy of the document, whether that document has been issued from his office. On perusing the document, informant came to know that the said document was relating to fixation of land revenue by circle office, Purnia in respect to Khata No. 1554, Khesra No. 1119 area 3.54 decimals on which

On perusing of that document, it was apparent that by putting the fake signature of Vishwajeet Kumar, Assistant of his office attempt was made regarding fixation of land. The custodian of the issue register accepted that by fraud and pressure the said letter was got issued by her and custodian of issue register identify the petitioner on the basis of photograph of Whats App, who got the said letter issued.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, S.S. Pandey, Advocate, who is said to approach the Circle Officer, Purnia with photocopy of document is accused in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 120(B), 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code in which name of this petitioner is shown as witness due to that reasons, S.S. Pandey managed to implicate the petitioner in the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
