The Petitioner No.1 seeks release in Revilganj P.S. case No.51 of 2014 (J.J.B. No.1269 of 2014) instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Juvenile Justice Board, Saran at Chapra.

Having perused the report of the Juvenile Justice Board, Saran at Chapra that the enquiry is likely to be concluded within five months, I am not inclined to release the petitioner No.1. The application stands dismissed.

The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the

No.107 of 2015 (4) dt.22-05-2015 enquiry expeditiously, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Saran at Chapra, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
