Petitioner is accused in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 217 of 2017 registered under Sections 314 of the I.P.C. and 25(1)(a-b)26 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is innocent and has committed no offence. Further submission is that charge has been framed in the case and petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37289 of 2017 (3) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 217 of 2017.
