This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Tajpur P.S.Case No.121 of 2017 (corresponding to G.R.No.1084 of 2017) , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one stolen motorcycle from his possession.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the learned lower court concerned. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, this application is disposed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38012 of 2017 (3) dt.01-09-2017 of with direction to the learned court below that the other coaccused persons have been granted bail by the learned court below and the case of the petitioner is similar to that of the other coaccused persons, as such, the petitioner, above named, may be released on bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur, Distt.- Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S.Case NO.121 of 2017 (corresponding to G.R.No.1084 of 2017).

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
