The petitioner is in jail custody since 06-11-2014 on the accusation that he entered the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant's relative and also assaulted one person by butt of country-made Katta causing injury on his hand.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that due to previous enmity the petitioner has been roped in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4131 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 Case No. 454 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
