One loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 31.01.2016.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S.Case No.09 of 2016.
