The writ petition is filed for the following reliefs : "for the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, for quashing the Memo No. 141(A) dated 16.06.2022 passed by the learned S.D.O.-cumLicensing Authority, Jhanjharpur, by which the license of the petitioner bearing no. 18/2016 EPDS Code 120700100206 has been cancelled."

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the petitioner has alternate remedy for filing the appeal before the appellate authority under the respondent no. 2.

3. Having regard to the same the petitioner is directed to approach the appellate authority by way of appeal challenge

Patna High Court CWJC No.14455 of 2022(3) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 the impugned order withing a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appeal being filed the same shall be disposed off on its own merit within a period of eight weeks thereof.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed off.
