Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 61 of 2007 lodged under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act As per the prosecution case, the allegation of dowry death is there against the present petitioner being a husband. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 31.05.2022. He submits that charge has already been framed and

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is the husband. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

But direction is given to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within 6 months.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
