JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who is said to have been killed within six years of her marriage for none fulfillment of illegal demand but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that it is admitted case of the informant that on the alleged date of occurrence petitioner was at Delhi and he was not present in his house.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S.Case No. 541 of 2015.
