The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 469 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that altogether ten accused persons named in the F.I.R. came at the door of the informant and assaulted him and his family members. The allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by iron rod on his head. There is case and counter case between the parties for the said occurrence. The injuries caused was found simple in nature by the Doctor as it appears from the order of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43778 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 learned Sessions Judge, who rejected the bail prayer of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2017, having clean antecedent.

The learned APP for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
