2.The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 79 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 436, 385, 387, 120(B) of IPC and 16, 17, 18 and 20 of UAP Act.
3. As per case of prosecution the petitioner and other co-accused person alongwith 10-20 unknown persons assaulted the labor who were engaged in construction of the road near to Imalia Koal and set the tempo on fire. All the accused persons are said to be

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner falsely implicated with this case, there is no specific allegation against this petitioner, rather same appears general and omnibus. It is also submitted that injury report is not available on record. While concluding arguments, it is submitted that petitioner found involved in three more criminal cases where he is on bail. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely, Jaldhar Kora has already granted anticipatory bail by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 39418 of 2022 dated 24.02.2023 and therefore considering the judicial parity this petitioner also deserves bail.
5 Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation against this petitioner is appearing very much general and omnibus in nature as

No.54032 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 3/3 discussed aforesaid, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Lakhisarai/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 79 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
