The petitioner seeks bail in Digha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2012 registered under section 498(A) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife Swati Kumari alleged that she was married with the petitioner on 24.06.2011 and many articles were gifted at the time of her marriage but her husband demanded Rs. 5,00,000/- in cash and on account of nonfulfillment of demand of dowry the petitioner subjected her to cruelty and torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are false and concocted. The petitioner's wife does not want to live with the petitioner. The petitioner was granted provisional bail but the wife did not agree to live with the

Ist Class, Patna in Digha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2012.
