The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47-A of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and there is no recovery from his conscious possession.

Considering the fact that it is his first occurrence, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount
