JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and other accused are said to have made indiscriminate firing on the deceased, as a result of which deceased died then and there. Petitioner does have some criminal antecedent.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No. 85 of 2010, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
