The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022 registered under Sections 420/363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim is mother-in-law of the informant and petitioners are nephew and her brothers respectively. Further he submits that from perusal of records, it appears that the case of kidnapping is not made out

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55255 of 2022(6) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 against the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S.
