The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

As per written report two live cartridges and one Mobile Phone of Micromax company have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.4.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
